Ready in 2 hours
This is a very easy meal with very little clean up. Can marinade all day if needed. Great if you have a busy day and still want a home cooked meal.
Tip: Another recipe with the exact-same name "Carne Asada" ranks higher.
Pierce steak with fork on both sides and coat with oil. Place in resealable plastic bag. In dish combine skillet sauce, orange juice and oregano, pour over steak. Marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours, turning steak occaionally. Remove steak; reserve marinade.
Broil steak 4 to 5 minutes on each side until cooked to desired doneness. Baste often with reserved marinade.
Grill over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes just like broiling. Don't forget to baste often.
