Pina Colada Fruit Salad

Recipes »  Salad  »  Fruit Salads

This is really yummy and can be enjoyed with or without the splash of coconut rum!

"This was really good however to make it even healthier I did not add sugar the piña colada mix is sweet also I didn't add the almond extract I simply don't like the almond smell and taste however I did add the coconut but it wasn't needed either but I have to say great idea delicious just make it same day and make sure you have a lot of fruit so you don't have excess liquid and next time I'm adding coconut rum instead of any extracts and maybe half the piña colada mix." - Frankie1973

Just made this salad for my addition to a potluck. EVERYONE loved it and even though I doubled the recipe it was gone in no time. I used a ladel for serving so that the fantastic juice wouldn't drain away. It's very colorful as well as delicious.

Very good but make it the same day otherwise the fruit begins to breakdown. Did not use sugar as the fruit and drink mix are sufficiently sweet.

Very nice dish! I did not use the raspberries and subbed Splenda for sugar. Came out well.
