Baked Cheese Fondue carved out of sourdough with french bread for dipping.
1 Large Loaf Sourdough Bread (unsliced... carve out center to create "well" for cheese mixture) you can also toast the sourdough bread from the center for dipping
1 French Bread Baguette (cut into cubes and toast for dipping)
Cheese Mixture:
8 oz whipped cream cheese
8 oz mayonnaise
1 container Parmesan Cheese
6 oz shredded Swiss Cheese
6 oz Gruyere Swiss Cheese (sold in blocks in the gourmet section - a little goes a long way) yummy!!!
Mix the above ingredients and put into center of sourdough loaf, Bake at 350 for 1 hour (Toast the rest of the bread while the loaf is baking)
