Pink Piggy Cupcakes
The cutest little piggy cupcakes! :8)
"Super easy. I used mini chocolate chips for the nostrils, smarties for the eyes. Instead of using whoppers for the ears I used heart shaped ju-jubes that I cut in half. The whoppers were melting in my hands. " - SylviaMYield: 20 Servings Ready in 1 hours, 30 minutes

Pink Piggy Cupcakes Preparation
Bake cupcakes as directed.
If using Strawberry Frosting, skip this step: Stir a few drops of red food coloring into the frosting until you get a light pink hue.
Frost cupcakes with pink frosting. Frost half a marshmallow and place on each cupcake for the snout. Place chocolate chips above snout to create eyes and place M&M's on snout to create nostrils.
Take the remainder of the frosting and add more red food coloring until you get a darker pink color. Frost the halved Whoppers and place the pink halved Whoppers in the appropriate ear locations.
These piggy cupcakes can be adaptable to almost any type of cupcake flavor except darker colored frostings since the pink will not show up. Some flavors that work well for piggies are Red Velvet cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting, vanilla or strawberry cupcakes with vanilla or strawberry frosting.
