Light, Fluffy banana muffins with pecans, goes great with a hot cup of coffee and some farm fresh butter.
1.Preheat oven to 350?. Mix together all dry ingredients.
2. Whip together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Whip in cream cheese and eggs. Scrape bowl and whip in bananas.
3. Add wet ingredients into dry and combine just until mixed and then stir in chopped pecans.
4. Portion into prepared muffin pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into muddle comes out clean.
