Mediterranean Salad Preparation
Combine cucumber, tomato, green pepper, scallions and dill. In a separate bowl mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and salt & pepper as the dressing. Fold dressing into salad. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Top with feta to serve.
