Pasta Salad (bow ties with lemon and veggies)
Part 1.
Boil the pasta water without salt.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil to keep the water from boiling over the edge of pan.
Cook until al dente (tender to your touch or bite).
Drain.
Transfer the pasta to a salad bowl, add the vegetables, Craisins, and lemon zest, then toss well.
Part 2.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together, add to the pasta, and toss gently.
Chill before serving.
