1 smallOnion; finely chopped
1 canbroccoli cheese soup; undiluted
4 mediumpotatoes, cooked; sliced
1/3 cupMilk
1/4 cupCheddar cheese; shredded
Salt and pepper

Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes Preparation

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook until tender. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, salt and peper. Heat mixture until it begins to boil; add potatoes and reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes.
