Notes Merry Mix-Ups Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and butter until mealy. Spread into a 13 x 9" pan. Pat down firmly. Sprinkle over the crust, in this order, the chips, coconut, and nuts. Drizzle condensed milk over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cut and loosen edges while still warm.
