| 1 Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix |
| 1/2 cupsugar |
| 3/4 cupVegetable oil |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 2 teaspoonsVanilla |
| 4 largeEggs |
| Cinnamon Mixture |
| 1/2 cupBrown sugar |
| 1 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 1/2 cuppecans (optional) |
| Glaze |
| 4 tablespoonsMargarine |
| 1 cupPowdered sugar |
| 2 tablespoonsMilk |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla |
Sock-it-to-me-cake Preparation
Mix well cake mix, sugar, oil, vanilla and sour cream. Add eggs and blend well. Grease and flour tube pan. Mix brown sugar,
cinnamon, and nuts. Pour half the cake batter into tube pan and sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture over batter. Add remaining batter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes. While cake is baking mix together the glaze ingredients and set aside. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan and placing on serving dish. Glaze cake while it is still hot. Enjoy!!!
