This is a delicious blend of flavors, that makes them coming back for more. Plus it's so simple nobody would ever know.

I once made this for a pot luck and everyone wanted more, I even got asked if I brought another cake with me!

Ingredients

Ready in 45 minutes

Original recipe makes 15 Servings
Yellow Cake Mix
1 canCrushed Pineapple ( drained mostly; a little juice is ok )
3/4 Coconut flakes
1/2 tsp.Rum Extract
Butter Cream Frosting ( I used Betty Crocker )

Hawaiian Rum Cake Preparation

Follow preperation directions on a box of yellow cake mix. Add 1/4 tsp. rum extract and mix well. Add crushed pineapple with any juice and mix well with spoon. Bake according to package directions.

Cool completely

Take whipped butter cream frosting and put into med size bowl. Add 1/4 rum extract and mix well. Add coconut flakes, mix until well blended. Frost like usual.

Just a little of the pinapple juice that's not drained mixed into cake batter will make this cake so moist, it's amazing. [I posted this recipe.]
