| 10 beaten eggs |
| 1 csour cream |
| 1 cmilk |
| 2 tbsphoney Dijon mustard |
| 1 tspsalt |
| 1/4 tsppepper |
Hearty Egg Casserole Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine hashbrowns and cheese; spread in 13 x 9 baking dish that has been sprayed with spray oil. Mix together eggs, sour cream, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over potato and cheese mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden
