Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cdiced pork
1 onion; chopped
4 stalkscelery; chopped
1 canbean sprouts (1 lb)
1 canmushrooms
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 crice
2 cwater
1 tbspsalt

Dad's Chop Suey Preparation

Combine pork, onion and celery in a pot. Cook 8 minutes. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Cook five more minutes. In separate pot, boil rice, water, and salt for 20 minutes. Serve Chop Suey over rice.
