1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/2 cupbalsamic vinegar
1 cloveCrushed garlic
1 teaspoonGround mustard
1 pinchSea salt
ground black pepper to taste

Balsamic Vinaigrette Preparation

Add all ingredients into a medium bowl.

Gradually whisk in oil to emulsify.
