Prepare Meatballs:
* Mix all meatball ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
* Form meatballs into the size of a golf ball. Set aside.
Prepare Spaghetti Sauce:
* In an 8 qt. pot, saute onion and garlic over medium-high heat in small amount of olive oil, until onion is translucent, about 4 minutes.
* Add all four tomato ingredients, and stir, scraping up the onion and garlic bits into the sauce.
* Add meatballs to the sauce slowly, turning them into the sauce.
* Bring sauce to a simmer, about 5-8 minutes over medium-high heat.
* Add the spices and stir into the sauce. (Carefully, do not break meatballs.)
* Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook for one hour, stirring occasionally.
* After one hour, uncover and cook for 3 more hours, stirring occasionally.
Preparation Time: 5 Hours; mostly unattended.
