Oven Baked Whole Chicken

Just as good as rotisserie chicken, very few ingredients!!

"I just made this for dinner and it was delicious! I just tweaked the cooking process a bit. I put the chicken in a covered roaster and cooked for two hours at the temp suggested above. The chicken came out perfect: tender and juicy. My six year old, who always tells me all the chicken I make is too dry, had no complaints at the dinner table tonight! I will definitely be making this again!" - jdfontana

Thank u all. I am long on time but I fear undercooking, considering that poultry processing farms scare me. Thanks Chef Ken :)

The taste was very good. My chicken was on the small side and came out dry after 2 hours and 40 minutes. I'll try this again and keep a closer eye on it. Not bad for my first attempt.
