Libby's Pumpkin Pudding Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the eggs, pumpkin, and evaporated milk together well. Add the sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Pour into an 8 x 8" greased glass baking dish. Bake about half an hour to an hour, or until knife comes out clean.
