Spread prosciutto slices with Neufchatel cheese. Spread 1/4 tsp of mustard over cream cheese.
Blanche asparagus for one minute, plunge in ice water. Pat dry.
Wrap slices around 3 asparagus spears. Arrange wrapped spears in a single layer on a lightly-greased baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until asparagus is tender.
