This smoothie is easy and quick to make and is delicious. It makes a perfect summer snack or breakfast.

"Knowing how bad canned fruit is, what with all the sugar and it being so old by the time you eat it, I used fresh frozen fruit. I thawed it a little. Assuming you used the juice from the can, I added non fat milk and a little extra stevia for sweetness. Quick and delicious." - marybradshaw

Original recipe makes 1 Serving
2 spoonfuls of white sugar
1 can(12 ounces) of any type of SOFT fruit (berries; nectarines, bananas, peaches, mangos)
1 can(12 ounces) of ice cubes
1 cup(4 ounces) of vanilla or plain yogurt

Quick Fruit Smoothie Preparation

Cut up the fruit to the size of a quarter and remove the pits. Then, put all the ingredients into the blender. Mix until the smoothie is smooth.

    Nice recipe, very simple to prepare. I did change it up just a bit. I added a tablespoon of honey and reduced the amount of sugar to suit our taste. The smoothie was delicious.
