V Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Preparation
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Use peeler to peel bottom part of asparagus. Put them all on baking sheet and brush with EVOO and season with Salt and Pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned and tender. Pour parmesan over the asparagus and cook for another minute until it is melted. Serve with wedges of lemon.
