2 8-oz. pkgs cheddar cheese
1 8-oz pkg grated Monterey Jack with peppers
1 cupmayonnaise
1 4.5 oz cangreen chiles
1 4oz jarpimento; drained, chopped
1 mediumPoblano; seeded, chopped
1/4 smallsweet onion; chopped
2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce

Green Chile-pimento Cheese Preparation

Mix together well. (I used white cheddar cheese. You can also use white American cheese for part of the cheddar. I left out the Poblano pepper because I didn?t have a clue what one looked like! )
