Green Chile-pimento Cheese
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 0
| 2 8-oz. pkgs cheddar cheese |
| 1 8-oz pkg grated Monterey Jack with peppers |
| 1 cupmayonnaise |
| 1 4.5 oz cangreen chiles |
| 1 4oz jarpimento; drained, chopped |
| 1 mediumPoblano; seeded, chopped |
| 1/4 smallsweet onion; chopped |
| 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce |
Green Chile-pimento Cheese Preparation
Mix together well. (I used white cheddar cheese. You can also use white American cheese for part of the cheddar. I left out the Poblano pepper because I didn?t have a clue what one looked like! )
