This is a dressing excellent on boiled potatoes, fish, or raw tomatoes. The recipe is based on one from the cookbook "Marcella's Italian Kitchen", with a spicy twist.
1. Put crumbs, parsely, celery leaves, jalepeno, chopped garlic, egg yolk, anchovy filets and vinegar in the food processor.
2. With the motor running, slowly add olive oil.
3. Transfer to a small bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with sliced, boiled potatoes or fish.
