finely chop the anchovy fillets and garlic in a food processer
add mayonaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Blend to a smooth consistency.
add the oil slowely, to form a dressing which will be slightly thickened and creamy.
In a large bowl, toss the romaine with the dressing until it is well coated.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon in, and toss some more.
Add the cheeseand toss again
decorate witht the tomatoes.
