An amazing spice blend for Indian foods!
Preheat oven to 350*
Place all ingredients into an oven safe pan or baking sheet, and set into oven to roast for 5-8 minutes. As long as nothing burns we are good.... use your best judgement but spices should be very fragrant and robust.
***Alternatively, roast each seperatly, adding together at the end!
Allow to cool, 15 mins, then use a spice grinder, coffee grinder or mortor and pestle to grind up.
double or triple the recipe for a longer lasting amount. Should keep well up to 3 months in an airtight container!
