| 4 6 oz salmon fillets |
| seasoning salt & pepper or |
| blackened spice |
| 3/4 cupdiced pineapple |
| 3/4 cupdiced mango |
| 3/4 cupdiced strawberries |
| 1/4 cupdiced red onion |
| 1 jalapeno; stemmed, seeded and finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoonschopped fresh mint leaves |
| 2 tablespoonsfresh oj |
| 1 tablespoonfresh lime juice |

Grilled Salmon with Pineapple, Mango and Strawberry Salsa Preparation
Brush salmon with olive oil and season both sides. Grill 4 minutes each side.
To make salsa, combine all ingredients and allow to marry for 30 minutes.
