Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Using a 9-inch Springform or cake pan butter and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flours. baking powder, baking soda, sea salt and sugar.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl until they are foamy. Mix in the cream cheese and yogurt until combined.
Add in the lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla; beat to mix.
Slowly add the flour and beat on medium speed for a minute or two.
Pour the batter into the cake pan. Bake at 350 degree F. oven for about 40 minutes. Use the toothpick trick to test for doneness.
Cool on a wire rack. Important cake is cooled before dusting with powdered sugar.
