First, cut up 1 1/2 cups of strawberries, and then add 2 cups of blueberries to the mix. Then put in a strainer and wash for at least 30 seconds. Put fruit in blender and begin to cut up 1 banana.
Then put the banana with 2/3 of milk into the blender. Last, add in a teaspoon of honey and at maximum, a cup of ice.
