The use of healthy ingredients makes this granola a household favorite.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, wheat germ, flax red, coconut, and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine the honey, maple syrup, canola oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until evenly distributed.
Line 1-2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Pour in the mixture and press together.
Cook for 1 hour, stirring and pressing the mixture every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and press again. When cooled, granola should stick together.
