Cherry-topped Icebox Cake

This is a great quick recipe. You can change the cherries to blueberries or any other berries you would like.

Original recipe makes 12 Servings
20 Graham crackers; whole
2 cupMilk
1 packageJELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Fill; 6-serving size
1 3/4 cupsCool Whip; thawed
2 canCherry Pie Filling; 21 ounce cans

Cherry-topped Icebox Cake Preparation

Line 13X9 inch pan with some of the graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary.

Pour cold milk into bowl

Add pudding mix

Mix on low speed, beat until well blended; 1 to 2 minutes

Let stand for 5 minutes

Then blend in whipped topping

Spread half of the pudding mixture over crackers

Add another layer of crackers.

Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers

Spread cherry pie filling over crackers

Chill about 3 hours
