I found this online and tweaked it to my liking. Very refreshing as a snack on a hot summer day

Original recipe makes 6 Servings
8 oz.of corkscrew or rotelle pasta; (half a box)
1/3 cupof finely chopped red onion
1/2 cupof thinly sliced celery
1 1/2 cupsof red or black seedless grapes; if available cut in half
1/3 cupof walnuts; toasted and chopped
2 cooked chicken breasts; (or any leftover roast chicken)
Dressing:
1/3 cupof orange juice
juice; of 1 lemon
1 tablespoongrainy mustard
3 tablespoonsof rice wine vinegar
1/4 cupof olive oil
salt; & pepper
1/2 cupFeta cheese
1/2 canolives; sliced in big chunks

Pasta Salad with Chicken, Olives and Grapes Preparation

Mix dressing ingredients, chill, put all your items together, mix with chilled dressing, toss, top with feta.
