Marinade:
Mix oil,soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper and honey in a bowl. Pour marinade over steak, turning meat to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Sauce:
Mix balsamic vinegar and beef stock in a pan. Reduce by 1/2.
Grill:
Place steaks on a grill and discard the marinade. Grill to desired doneness.
