Original recipe makes 3 Servings
Faux Cheesy Kale Chips Preparation
Wash kale; remove large stems and tear into bite sized pieces. Drain well.
Blend all other ingredients in Vitamix until smooth.
Rub this coating onto the kale pieces. Layout on dehydrator sheets or cookie sheets if using oven. Dehydrate until crisp (overnight works well). Can use oven on lowest temp, but watch carefully. Browned chips taste too bitter for some.
