Black Bean, Corn and Shrimp Salad Preparation
Toss shrimp with chili powder, garlic salt and cumin. Saute shrimp for 3 minutes. Add lime juice and remove shrimp from pan. Add corn too pan, saute 1 minute and stir in salsa, cilinatro and beans. Stir in 1 tbl spoon lime juice. Serve shrimp over bean mixture.
