Original recipe makes 5 Servings
| Fruit Salad |
| 1/2 cupSeedless grapes,; halved |
| 1/2 largePear,; 1/2" dice |
| 1/2 largePeach,; 1/2" dice |
| 1 cupStrawberries,; quartered |
| 1 1/2 cupsWatermelon,; 3/4" dice |
| 1 cupPineapple,; 3/4" dice |
| Honey-Mint Dressing |
| 1 teaspoonOrange zest |
| 1/4 cupFresh orange juice |
| 1 tablespoonHoney |
Fresh Fruit Salad W/ Honey-mint Dressing Preparation
1. Gently toss all fruits together in a large bowl.
2. Prepare dressing by combining zest, orange juice, and honey
3. Pour dressing over salad and chill as desired. Toss mint into salad just before serving.
