I created this recipe to showcase some of the ingredients found at my local farmer's market.

Original recipe makes 5 Servings
Fruit Salad
1/2 cupSeedless grapes,; halved
1/2 largePear,; 1/2" dice
1/2 largePeach,; 1/2" dice
1 cupStrawberries,; quartered
1 1/2 cupsWatermelon,; 3/4" dice
1 cupPineapple,; 3/4" dice
Honey-Mint Dressing
1 teaspoonOrange zest
1/4 cupFresh orange juice
1 tablespoonHoney

Fresh Fruit Salad W/ Honey-mint Dressing Preparation

1. Gently toss all fruits together in a large bowl.

2. Prepare dressing by combining zest, orange juice, and honey

3. Pour dressing over salad and chill as desired. Toss mint into salad just before serving.
