These are very high in fiber and other nutrients. You can tell yourself they are *less bad for you* that the guilt ridden regular kind.
Preheat oven to 350F, Grease or spray an 8X8 baking pan
Place beans (with liquid), eggs, and oil in food processor. Spin it up until fairly smooth. Add brownie mix and spin it again to mix. Add chopped nuts if desired.
Pour into baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Brownies are done when a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool and cut into 16 pieces.
Serve with a couple of tablespoons of whipped topping.
This recipe makes fairly dense brownies with an intense chocolate flavor.
