| 1 lb.lean ground turkey |
| 1 Medium yellowOnion; chopped |
| 1 mediumgreen bell pepper; chopped |
| 4 clovesfresh garlic; minced |
| 1/3 cupzuccini; chopped |
| 1/2 cuprolled oats |
| 1/2 cuphot salsa |
| 1 tblspchili powder |
| 1 egg |
| 1 tsp.soy sauce |
| Dash salt; to taste |
| 2 Tblspolive oil |
| Dash Pepper; To taste |
Healthy Spicy Turkey Meatloaf Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sauté onions and bell pepper in a small amount of olive oil until slightly soft, let cool.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Place all ingredients in a greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes or until center of loaf has reached 160 degrees.
Top with more salsa (if desired) before serving.
