Original recipe makes 3 Servings
8 oz canpineapple chunks; drained
6 1/2 oz canwater packed tuna; drained, flaked
1/4 cupcelery; sliced
1 small banana; sliced
1/3 cupmayonnaise or salad dressing
1/8 teaspooncurry powder
Lettuce
Assorted fresh fruit and melon wedges
1/4 cupmacadamia nuts or peanuts; chopped

Tuna Salad Polynesian (Garden Fresh Salads & Vegetables) Preparation

In medium bowl, combine pineapple, tuna, celery, banana, mayonnaise and curry powder; toss lightly. Cover; refrigerate.

To serve, place lettuce on 3 individual serving plates; mound 1/3 of the tuna mixture on each. Arrange fresh fruit and melon wedges around tuna mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
