Worth a try
1. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and dill with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Spread yogurt mixture on both sides of bun.
3. Layer half the cucumbers to cover yogurt mixture, top with trout, sprinkle with pepper, and layer remainder of cucumbers. Top with other half of bun.
4. Press down and wrap tightly. Best served after a couple hours in the fridge. Will keep for a day in fridge.
