Original recipe makes 2 Servings
2 Chicken Breast's; Cut into thin strips
1 jarAlfredo Sauce
4 ouncesLinguini; cooked al dente
2 teaspoonscajun seasoning; to taste
2 tablespoonsbutter
1 Green onion; Sliced
2 tablespoonsSun-dried tomatoes; Chopped
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoondried basil
1/8 teaspoonground black pepper
1/8 teaspoongarlic powder
1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese

Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta Preparation

Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat.

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in butter or margarine until chicken is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Reduce heat add green onion, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.

Pour over hot linguine and toss with Parmesan cheese and cook for a bit to combine flavor's

Notes

This origionally called for heavy cream, but to reduce calories and to make it reheat better I went from using heavy cream to premade alfredo sauce.
