Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 tbOrange zest
2 cStrawberries; sliced
2 tbAmaretto liqueur
1/2 cFat-free cream cheese
or raspberries
1 cFat-free ricotta cheese
1/4 cFat-free plain yogurt

Amaretto Parfait Dessert Preparation

Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese and yogurt in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Stir in orange zest. Divide berries among 6 parfait or wine glasses.
