| 1 cupRed Cabbage; Shredded |
| 1 cupJicama; Julienned |
| 1/2 Red Onion; Finely Chopped |
| 2 Red Delicious Apples; Finely Diced |
| 1/2 cupFat-free Mayonnaise |
| 1/3 cupWhite Vinegar |
| 2 1/2 tbspFructose |
| 2 1/2 tbspDijon Mustard |
| 1 1/2 tspCaraway Seed |
| 1/4 tspSalt |
| pinchWhite Pepper |
P90x Coleslaw Preparation
Combine the apples and vegetables in a large bowl and mix well.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to make dressing.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss until evenly coated. Cover tightly and chill before serving.
Level 1 = 1/2 cup = 1/2 Vegetable
Level 2 = 1 cup = 1 Vegetable
Level 3 = 2 Cups = 2 Vegetable
