P90x Coleslaw Preparation
Combine the apples and vegetables in a large bowl and mix well.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to make dressing.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss until evenly coated. Cover tightly and chill before serving.

Level 2 = 1 cup = 1 Vegetable
Level 3 = 2 Cups = 2 Vegetable
