Fillet with Maple Balsamic Wine Sauce Preparation
In a already hot cast iron deep skillet add 30g of butter wait to melt add the red wine, balsamico and maple syrup, leave it boiling at the medium heat until it reduce around 20%, place aside.
In the same skillet add another 30g of butter, add the steaks of tenderloin already salted, leave it fries for around 3 minutes each side, then take it out and slice in thin cutting, around 1 cm each slice. Bring the slices back to skillet to give a slightly fried in a single side. IMPORTANT. Be careful on this stage, don't let to fried too much, try to keep it medium done.
Lastly add back the sauce into the skillet let it heat and add slowly the corn starch until gets thicker and add black pepper as your taste.
Place the slice of steak in a plate and add the sauce on...You are done, hope you enjoy it.
