WHIP THE CREAM UNTIL IT TURNS TO BUTTER IN A STAND MIXER OR BLENDER,ABOUNT 15 MINUTES.

RINSE BUTTER WITH COLD WATER.

PLACE IN CHEESE CLOTH OR SOMETHNG SIMULAR

SQUEEZE ALL THE MILK OUT.

THEN RINSE IN COLD WATER AGAIN.

PLACE IN A SMALL MIXING.

USING A HANDMIXER MIX IN THE HONEY, CINNAMON AND NUTMEG.

WHIP UNTIL CREAMY.

PLACE IN A BOWL AND SERVE. REFRIGERATE AFTER USE
