Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 poundsflank steak; or london broil
1 cupteriyaki sauce marinade
1/2 cuponion; chopped
1/3 cuphoney
1/3 cuporange juice
1 TBSProsemary; fresh, chopped
1 clovegarlic; crushed

Pacific Rim Glazed Flank Steak Preparation

In a medium shallow dish, combine marinade ingredients, adding pepper asdesired.

Whisk until blended.

Remove and reserve 3/4 Cup for basting.

With a sharp knife, lightly score both sides of flank steak in a crisscross pattern.

Place steak in marinade, turn to coat.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes turning at least once.

Remove steak from marinade, discard used marinade. Grill steak basting occasionally with reserved marinade.

Heat remaining marinade.

Grill steak to desired doneness, remove from grill, slice diagonally, spoon hot marinade over steak and serve.

Notes

Cook london broil to about 115 degrees for a rare to medium rare final result. loosely cover in foil. Let sit for several minutes before slicing.
