| 2 TbsOrange juice |
| 1 poundChicken breast |
| 8 cupsLettuce |
| 1 cupStrawberries; sliced |
| 1/2 cupBlueberries |
| 1/2 cupRaspberries |
| 8 ouncesSugar snap peas; cleaned and deveined |
| 1/2 cuppecans |
Chicken Berry Salad Preparation
Mix orange juice and salad dressing. Set aside.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and cook until done and juices run clear. Remove from heat and cool.
In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, salad greens, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peas, and pecans. Pour in the prepared dressing, and toss to coat.
