Krokiety z Kapusta i Pieczarkami (Croquettes with Cabbage and Mushrooms) are delicate Polish crepes (nalesniki) stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms, dipped in an egg wash, coated in breadcrumbs and then fried until golden brown. They are quite easy to make, truly delicious and definitely worth the effort. We served them as part of our traditional Polish Christmas Eve meal. They made a great accompaniment to another traditional dish barszcz (borscht or beetroot soup)."

po prostu smazysz cienkie nalesniki , raczej bez cukru, takie blade, potem robisz farsz, a to jest po prostu kapusta z grzybami, tzn. gotujesz kiszona kapuste, z zielem angielskim, lisciem laurowym, moze troche wegety- nie pamietam i smazysz pieczarki, pokrojone na kawaleczki, na margarynie, potem do tego na patelni wrzucasz cebulke w kostke, doprawiasz sola, pieprzem, troche papryka, dodajesz te grzyby do kapusty, i chyba juz, nakladasz farsz na nalesniki, zawijasz w koperty, i panierujesz jajko, bulka tarta, i smazysz na oleju - dosyc tego oleju, i juz:)
