The meat and veggie portion of this recipe can be made ahead of time and then frozen until you are ready to use it. We did 8 meals at once and then froze them in ziplock bags until we were ready to cook them.

| 1 poundtri-tip; sliced |
| 1 eachred, yellow, orange bell peppers; seeded and sliced |
| 1/2 mediumyellow onion; sliced |
| 1/4 cupdry white wine |
| 1 tablespoonworchestershire sauce |
| 8 slicescheese of choice; prefer swiss or pepperjack |
| 4 largesandwhich rolls |
Philly Cheesesteak Preparation
Place all ingredients except cheese and buns in slow cooker and toss. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Place sandwhich rolls open faced on cookie sheet. Cover with meat mixture and cheese slices and bake at 400F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
