4 Ham; slices

2 Eggs

2 Provalone; slices cut in half

salt n pepper; to taste

2 TBSPparsley or cilantro or basil; garnish

Pam spray or butter

GT Xpress Ham N Eggs Preparation

Turn on your GT Xpress, let it get hot, spray it with pam or use butter which ever you like, lay 2 slices of ham in each well, then break an egg in each well, sprinkle with salt and pepper, close and cook for 6 minutes, after its cooked 6 min, add the cheese parsley and close and cook for 2 more minutes, lift out of the wells and enjoy,
