| 1 jarO&CO. Sea Urchin with Saffron Spread |
| 10 ozsmall shrimp |
| 4 TO&CO. grassy olive oil |
| O&CO. Fleur de Sel |
| freshly ground black pepper |
Seafood Spaghetti Preparation
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for seven minutes, or until al dente. Drain the pasta and return to the pot.
Add the shrimp, O&CO. Sea Urchin Spread, and olive oil to the pot. Cover and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with O&CO. Fleur de Sel and freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
