Marry Rusco's recipe from the 1950s. She doubles the recipe, and she said that any combo of vegetables can be used, but she has found this to be the best.
Dissolve the jello in boiling juice. Add the cool juice and vinegar to cool off mixture.
Mix together the remainder of the ingredients. Put in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate.
